The entrepreneurial spirit from scratch

① Our company has been in business for almost 40 years now, and I dare not speak lightly about our brilliant achievements and accomplishments both domestically and internationally. Looking back 40 years ago, we have made great progress. Our company started as a one person company, manufacturing manual blow molding toy machinery, and now has developed into high-speed blow molding machines, fully electric blow molding machines, from blow molding machines as large as eye drops bottles to blow molding machines for large containers of 2000 liters, to various sizes and series. Whether in terms of quality or speed, we are not inferior to high-end blow molding machines in Europe and America. We have been investing significant resources in continuous improvement and research and development of new products, implementing the business philosophy of competing for market share through quality, ensuring profitability through management, and relying on talent for development. Over the past decade, developing the domestic market was difficult and arduous, with little perseverance and persistence leading to failure. I firmly believe that if you do your best every day, the results will eventually be rewarded. As the saying goes, the times make heroes. In recent years, the implementation of the new labor law has changed the overall environment. The shortage of labor resources has led to a sharp increase in wages and costs. Without high-quality automated production machinery, it will lose its competitiveness and gradually be eliminated by the market. Because of Yaqi's long-term pursuit of excellence, the development of Yaqi's fully automatic bottle blowing machine has become very mature, resulting in a significant increase in Yaqi's orders. Today's performance is not a brilliant achievement, perhaps it is a small return after decades of hardship.

The reward of persistence

② There were two most profound hardships in the journey of entrepreneurship. When I first started my business and achieved great success from 1967 to 1972, unfortunately, due to the Gulf War in the United States, plastic prices skyrocketed, the market contracted, and expanded too quickly. Without an economic foundation, I was finally unable to withstand the blow and ended up bankrupt.

In my second entrepreneurial journey, I embarked on a difficult entrepreneurial journey from scratch in 1974 with a resolute and unyielding attitude. My biggest weakness was my ambitious ambition to become bigger and stronger, never giving up, and being somewhat detached from the real economic conditions. As a result, I encountered danger again in 1981. Due to rapid development and economic imbalance, I could not resolve the payment before 5 pm tomorrow, and the court would liquidate the company. On the same day, I went home and had a meal with my wife and children, forcing a smile on my face. My family was completely unaware and didn't let them worry. After they fell asleep, I stayed up all night, exhausted my brain, but couldn't solve the problem. I was on the brink of mental breakdown. Three hours before the liquidation, there was no dead end to the road. Fortunately, a good friend knew about it and helped me out of danger with a thousand soldiers. This was the most profound impression of Yaqi's development process.

Be tolerant of people and seek truth from things

③ What kind of entrepreneur, what kind of personality charm, what kind of wise thinking do I not dare to take? I can tell you that I have long been careless in dealing with people, seeking truth from things, putting my own interests second in everything, not abusing principles, maintaining a positive and progressive attitude at all times, and living happily is the highest realm of life and my pursuit. We need to know that living happily does not necessarily mean having billions of wealth, nor is it above ten thousand people. In fact, we can have fun in our busy lives, fun in our troubles, and fun in our hardships. As long as we remove our inner demons, we will be happy in everything we do. As the saying goes, contentment brings happiness, and our inner demons will stay away from us.

The Yaqi brand has integrated into my philosophy of life: to do your best every day, and the results will eventually be rewarded to you.

Strive for excellence, enhance brand

④ Building a brand is like changing a name for your son. Whether your son will succeed or not in the future depends on innate conditions and postnatal training. Your son will strive for it himself, and the same goes for building a good brand. A good brand must spend a lot of time and hard work to create unique advantages, overcome all difficulties, silently cultivate, strive for excellence, be trustworthy, eat more small things, and prevent major losses. Your brand needs to slowly establish itself.

⑤ Based on our years of experience, one-stop service format, and professional technical expertise, we integrate four technologies including machinery, molds, processes, and plastic applications. It is difficult to achieve perfection without one, in order to provide customers with a satisfactory solution. Our brand, which has been established in the international market for decades, relies on its strength. Brands are not self proclaimed, but are recognized and evaluated by others.

Social responsibility is a sense of honor

Regarding social responsibility, on behalf of Yaqi Group, I have participated in more than 20 clubs and chambers of commerce organizations in Hong Kong, China, and Kaiping. With my ability, I have contributed to public welfare projects from time to time, selflessly helping disadvantaged groups. Over the years, I have continuously improved the quality of life for the group's employees and adhered to the group's established policy of rising with the tide. I believe that having the ability to give to society and use for society is the glory and pride of Yaqi Group. ⑥ Yaqi brand hopes to become globally renowned in the future, achieving industry recognition as a good machine. We plan to invest heavily in quantifying production to reduce costs and correspondingly lower prices. We will also cooperate with banks for installment payments, so that customers with insufficient funds can also buy Yaqi's high-end and high-quality blow molding machines. We will work hand in hand with both large and small customers to improve the market product level and fulfill our social corporate responsibility.

The Chinese market users are not yet fully mature, and customers only focus on price, with weak awareness of quality requirements and a mentality of getting the lowest price. Price competition is a vicious cycle of competitive thinking, and in the end, we all have to enter a dead end. Quality competition is the benign competition, and benign competition is the bright path of the market. Benign competition leads to progress in society. Products need reasonable prices, and only with prices can we improve production machinery and ensure good mechanical quality. Fast speed and high production efficiency can also reduce product costs, which is a healthy and competitive behavior in a healthy society. Japan is a country with depleted mineral resources, and it has become a pivotal player in the world economy through technological improvements and good management, which is a clear example.

⑩ I am not a successful leader, but I can say a few words from the heart of those who are on the brink of success. I firmly believe that there is no dead end to a person's path, and I am afraid that I may have taken the wrong path. I do not deliberately become a billionaire, nor do I deliberately become someone above ten thousand people. Everything goes according to fate. I believe that every day you do your best, and the results will eventually be returned to you. I believe that Hong Kong's richest man Li Ka shing did not expect his achievements today when he was young.

Balancing work and life is not difficult, it depends on people. Don't be too persistent, eliminate your inner demons, be open-minded towards others, be cautious towards yourself, and be content with what you have.
